C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\web.config

Hi;

   I have re-installed .NET 4.0 and run "aspnet_regiis -i" but C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\web.config is empty. Therefore, not able to browse to the Default.aspx in both WebSite and Web Project. Please advise. Thanks.
