I am unable to install Visual Studio 2015 Community on my Win 7.
I have VS 2010, 2012 and 2013 on it right now.
The install makes a system restore point, then tries to install I think C++ 2013 redistributable.
And then it says "A Setup Package is either missing or damaged."
And it says something about KB2999226.
I've read this has something to do with Windows 10.
And I've also read that if you run into this just turn off the SDK for Win 10 in the custom setup.
Tried that. No luck.
Also, why is it messing around with my 2013 C++ configuration.
I don't want VS 2015 to mess around with my VS 2013 configuration.

I think it is actually looking for this file:
C:\Users\Sam\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\N1H58O9N\packages\vcRedistD12\1033\vcredist_x86.exe
But this pathway is empty.
