Server patch for ASP.NET 4 to help it recognise IE11

Hi folks, in line with the bug reported and accepted for IE11 <a href="http://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/797743/asp-net4-website-does-not-function-in-ie11-but-does-in-ie10-chrome-safari-etc">, does anyone know where the patch mentioned actually is to help ASP.NET4 recognise IE11? 

The irony of a site built with Microsoft technology working with every competitor's browser but their own surely should get someone fired!!
